Returns and Refunds Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Our products can be returned within 14 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The product was purchased in the last 14 days
- The product isn’t used or damaged
**Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
**PLEASE NOTE that all SALE items are FINAL SALE therefore are not covered by the return & refund policy.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are only refundable if the return is necessary because of errors caused by SCM.
Damaged Items
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
Refunds
If an error is caused by SCM, you will receive all payments, including any delivery charges for the shipment, within fourteen days of us receiving your returned item. We will pay you back with the same currency with which you have paid, unless another method has been agreed with us. If the error is down to the client, then the client will bear the cost of return shipping.
