Why are we BANNED IN TEXAS?!

Our Banned in Texas design came to light due to a certain establishment feeling threatened by our awesome horns hand idea.  So much so that after a bullshit entrapment purchase, they served me with papers in the UK via a private detective to attend court in Texas.  After a lengthy and costly battle ($25,000 in lawyers fees), we came to an arrangement were we had to recognise their design and allow them to trademark it without challenging it and are BANNED from selling ANY of our horns designs IN TEXAS.  Although we had to stop our horns trademark in the USA, which had NEVER been done prior to our application, on a plus side, we are able to sell in every other state in the USA and our copyrights were not challenged!

It is a quality 100% cotton preshrunk jersey knit short-sleeved t-shirt with taped neck and shoulders and stylish tapered fit/side seams with our Banned in Texas logo on the front.
